Studio in the Woods - Invisible Studio
I spent three days in a beautiful woodland near Bath with a great group of architects, students, designers and others interested in working with timber. Our team, led by Barbara Kaucky and Susanne Tutsch from Erect Architecture, created a skeletal wooden bridge linking two fallen trees. No screws or nails were used, and the bridge was held together with rope and bicycle inner tubes.
All of the groups created a really broad range of builds with very different concepts and narratives behind them.
