This is a private commission for a speculative design for an extension on a small Victorian house in North London. The client wanted to open up the kitchen space whilst also drawing light into the ground floor. This simple glazed extension adds a light box to the back of the house, creating a relationship between the kitchen and the garden, and allows for an open plan living space.
